Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We take all payments, but we prefer online payment.

Do You Charge By the Hour?

Our services are billed by the hour, with a minimum requirement of 3 to 4 hours. However, we understand the importance flexibility and offer up to 2 hours back, ensuring get the most value from our time.

Whats the Refund Policy?

We understand in this business that home closing do change. Thats why we have a non refundable deposit in place which you would pay remaining balance once the job is complete. Unfortunately there are no refunds on furniture and piano deliveries.

Do You charge extra for Stairs?

We do! If the customer lives on the 3rd floor and up with no elevator, we charge $50 an hr extra per flight.
